Cancellation

In any case, you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us of your decision to cancel it. Please follow our cancellation procedure below:

CANCELING AN UNSORTED ORDER

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us via service_uk@fezibo.com with the canceling reason attached. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Then we will issue a full refund once the order is canceled successfully.

CANCELING AN ORDER IN TRANSIT

If your order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, please contact us via Contact Us. We will try our best to help you intercept delivery. However, there will be an interception fee incurred which will be 10% of your order amount and you will need to pay us if the package finally returns to us.

Return

Go to Contact Us and describe your request in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described item, please send us clear pictures or videos to prove it.

You are eligible to return any item within 60 days of receipt with the 60-Day Money Back Policy that applies to the continental United Kindom.

If for any reason you do not want your item within 60 days of receipt, you can also contact us for a return and refund. Please note that in such cases, the return shipping fee is payable by the customer and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unassembled in order to qualify for a product refund.

*Note: This policy applies to any order of no more than five items. If you are looking to order more than five desks/frames in bulk, let us assist you in placing an order for a sample desk to make sure you are satisfied with everything before ordering in bulk. About the Return Shipping Fee

Who will be charged the return shipping fees?

A. FEZIBO will cover the return shipping fees if:

Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship.
Your item has been damaged in transit.
You received the wrong item.
Your item was lost in transit.

B. Customers need to cover the return shipping fees if:

You don't like the item after receipt of it.
You no longer need the item after receipt of it.
Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).

How much is the return shipping fee

If your situation is suitable for situation B, you are responsible for 15% of your order product price(including tax). The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL RETURNS

All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in a new condition, which must be unassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
*Note: We do not accept returns on bulk orders. Due to this reason, we recommend that you order only one item to test before ordering more than five of any one item.
