CANCELING AN UNSORTED ORDER
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us via
service_uk@fezibo.com with the canceling reason attached. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Then we will issue a full refund once the order is canceled successfully.
CANCELING AN ORDER IN TRANSIT
If your order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, please contact us via Contact Us. We will try our best to help you intercept delivery. However, there will be an interception fee incurred which will be 10% of your order amount and you will need to pay us if the package finally returns to us.

Go to Contact Us and describe your request in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described item, please send us clear pictures or videos to prove it.

If for any reason you do not want your item within 60 days of receipt, you can also contact us for a return and refund. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unassembled in order to qualify for a product refund.

Who will be charged the return shipping fees?
A. FEZIBO will cover the return shipping fees if:

Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship.

B. Customers need to cover the return shipping fees if:

You don't like the item after receipt of it.

Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).
How much is the return shipping fee
If your situation is suitable for situation B, you are responsible for 15% of your order product price(including tax). The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

- All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in a new condition, which must be unassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
